Google has released a new experimental application for the browser Chrome, which shows search activity around the world within days. Search Globe allows you to view a virtual model of the globe, which marked the intensity of Internet search for the past 24 hours.
A density of requests marked with color on the basis of language (in blue color requests in English, orange - in Spanish, etc.). Black color indicates areas where Internet access is partially blocked or missing.
The project was developed by a team of Google Data Arts. To view the extension requires a browser that supports the format WebGL.
